Booking Requirements:
Local compliance requires a signed rental agreement, ID verification and an optional, non-refundable $54 damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. We use Happy Guest, a secure, app-free website (no account needed), to complete these steps. It also gives you a guest portal with home information and our favorite local spots.
Linens & Towels:
We do not provide daily linen service. Unlike a hotel, we have a limited supply of linens and towels that are laundered off-site between stays. Please use the washer and dryer to freshen linens during your stay; laundry detergent is provided.

Evacuation & Weather Policy:
If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Horry County is issued during your stay, the Owner/Host or Property Management Company will refund 100% of all deposits and payments within 72 hours, with no further liability regarding the reservation. Refunds will not be issued for weather elsewhere that prevents travel to Myrtle Beach. During hurricane season and other months with potential for inclement weather, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
