Casa Del Sol is a 4BR, 3BA Cherry Grove beach house just a short walk from the sand. Sleeps 12 with a king suite, two queen rooms (one with a twin) and a room with two double beds. Swim in your private fenced pool, then catch the sunset from the top deck with ocean and Cherry Grove views. Gather around the large kitchen island and open living area, with washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and grill. Close to dining, shops and the Cherry Grove Pier. No smoking, pets or parties.
Space
Wake up to sunrise over the Atlantic from the top deck, stroll two blocks to the sand, then spend the afternoon lounging by your own private pool. Casa Del Sol is a bright, three-story Cherry Grove beach house made for families and groups who want room to spread out and a short walk to the ocean.
Inside, the open living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the home, with plenty of comfy seating, a large island with bar stools and a dining table for the whole crew. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms give everyone their own space, and three levels of covered decks with rocking chairs mean there’s always a breezy spot for morning coffee or an evening sunset.
Outside, the fenced backyard opens to a private in-ground pool with a patio dining area, plus an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, Surf Golf & Beach Club and Main Street’s restaurants and shops are all just minutes away.

The beach and Cherry Grove Pier are an easy walk from the house. For everything else, a personal or rental vehicle is recommended. Uber, Lyft and taxi services are also available throughout the area. See the Access section for parking details, including our overflow parking option.

Booking Requirements:
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. Damage waiver purchases are optional. We use Happy Guest, a secure, app-free website (no account needed), to complete these steps. It also gives you a guest portal with home information and our favorite local spots.
Linens & Towels:
We do not provide daily linen service. Unlike a hotel, we have a limited supply of linens and towels that are laundered off-site between stays. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.
