Please note: This condo is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Guests must use stairs to access the property.

The kitchen features white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and cooking and dining essentials, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. Enjoy Wi-Fi, Roku Smart TVs for your streaming services, and a Keurig coffee station. Spend your days taking beach walks, exploring North Myrtle Beach, or relaxing with an ocean view—even when the weather calls for a cozy day indoors.

┃ PARKING & ACCESS ┃
• Third-floor condo; stairs required. The building has no elevator.
• On-site parking is limited to 2 vehicles, with spaces in front of or underneath the building.
• The parking entrance has a steep slope that may be difficult for low-clearance vehicles. Smaller cars should use parking underneath the building when possible.
• Parking for larger vehicles cannot be guaranteed.
• Overflow parking approximately 1 mile away may be available by advance arrangement, subject to availability, for $25 per vehicle per night.
• Golf carts, commercial vehicles, and trailers are not permitted in the Coastal Dunes parking area.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF North Myrtle Beach.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person that books the Stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Bag drop provided through a third party for an additional fee.
We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Horry County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach’s Ordinance rules.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $44. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
