Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues that arise during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.
No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.
Parking is located in the front of the unit, uncovered parking area.
A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the smart lock.
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!
A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
This is not a party house.
Trash pick up is on Thursday morning. Trash can be put outside Wednesday afternoon and needs to be brought inside Thursday before the afternoon. If it is left out at any other time, the community will find us up to $250 per infraction. It is the responsibility of the guest to follow these rules or they will incur this fine.

by Kevin S.This could easily be a 5 star rating with a few simple changes. First off, I did not like that I had to fill out a separate wavier form on an outside site of Airbnb. It felt sketchy. There were two options to pick from, a small upfront fee that was kept or a large deposit that would be returned after the stay, but it felt too sketchy to put that much money down to hopefully get it back. So the stay ended up costing more thank Airbnb had it listed for. It worked out fine and wasn’t a problem, just makes you kind of skeptical. Secondly, there were not enough basic supplies provided. We only stayed for 4 nights and ran out of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap so we had to make an extra trip to the store to get those items. It wasn’t a lot of extra money, just the annoyance of having to do so. Besides those minor complaints, the place itself was really nice. 5 stars for everything else. Location was great! We would happily stay her again if we came back to the area.

by Brittany R.Declan was very responsive. His place matched the description. The home was very clean, spacious, peaceful, and relaxing. There are three floors and a thermostat on each floor. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the area again. You will love this place.

From the moment I reserved the property I had no issues with Declan. I even had to change the dates of our stay at one point and Declan made the changes without issues. I spoke with Declan the week before our trip over the phone and he was very friendly. He provided me with clear instructions on how to get inside the house and answered any question I had for him. The house was in phenomenal shape, very clean and spacious enough for 8 guests. The location was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend Declan and this property to anyone who’s looking to go on a vacation.
