* Plenty of space for family or guests with generously sized bedrooms and beautifully updated bathrooms.
* Cool off after a day at the beach or fishing in your own private pool, or rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower.

* The Kitchen comes equipped with a kitchen island and all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.
* Multiple balconies at the front and the back of the homes make it perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the coastal atmosphere.
* The sandy beaches are less than 100 yards away, and many shops and restaurants lie along the nearby sea mountain highway.
* Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, you'll be surrounded by beautiful marsh scenery

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.


You must be 25 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows: you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay.
