Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.
No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.
Parking is located in the front of the unit, uncovered parking area.
A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the smart lock.
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!
A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!
We do ask that our Guests be respectful and mindful of these neighbors. Parking is strictly for two vehicles.
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must also be staying in the Condo.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service**

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

by Teonna R.Listen, I’ve never stayed anywhere that felt so much like home! Myself my husband and my four teens were all with me this weekend and it was plenty of space. The only real downside was there wasn’t a tv in the second room but it wasn’t an issue because my daughters stay on their phone so much they didn’t even mind it. (If younger kids are there I’d recommend bring tablets or something they can watch TV on) otherwise, everything was perfect. We had one issue and Declan responded so fast and acted on fixing it right away! Any questions we had he answered with a smile! We made sure to go the extra mile and wash our bedding and towels before we left to make it easy on the cleaning crew! Beach is less than 6 mins away and food is close by! There are a few flights of stairs but you get your daily steps in so we didn’t mind! We are always looking forward to booking our summer trip with him as our host again! Thank you for making our trip feel like visiting a home away from home!

Ran into a bit of trouble on the way there and let the host know and he responded in less time as stated when messaging. Very understanding and kind. Would recommend this place to family and friends looking for a nice place to stay!!
