Our newly remodeled waterfront oasis in Cherry Grove! Our 3-bedroom house boasts incredible views of the Cherry Grove Channel, with a generous balcony and deck right over the water. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, game room, and cozy bedrooms. When you're ready for beach time, grab our complimentary beach package and head to the shore. Plus, unwind in the hot tub under the stars.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

by Tiffany M.My family, along with some close friends, rented Declan’s home in Cherry Grove for 4 nights. The location was optimal! Everything from the gas station, the beach, and the largest IGA I’ve ever seen (Grocery store with literally everything you need for a beach vacation!!) was within a short drive. We also walked to the beach once, which was doable. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 9, and we enjoyed the space very much. The kitchen was as described and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. We liked the open concept of the kitchen and den. The game room off to the side was neat with Pac-Man/foosball. You will find the washer/dryer in this same space, and the machines worked great! Very nice appliances for a beach rental! The bedrooms/bathrooms were also spacious and super clean. Our kids enjoyed having a TV in every room, too! Underneath the house is a hot tub that was a big hit with our group. Overall, a wonderful time!! Would definitely rent again!

by Michael R.Declan was a fantastic host and did a lot of things very well, like being super responsive and friendly. The house that we stayed at was very nice on the interior, and the AC was one of the best I had ever had while staying somewhere for vacation. The walk to the beach was a little tougher than expected, having to cut through yards to stay off the road on the way down. The WiFi did not work the first night that we were down there, but Declan got somebody in there the next day to fix it for us. The hot tub also stopped working 3 days into the trip, but there wasn’t a fix for that, however. We had an absolute blast despite these small issues and are overall happy with our stay and how things went. The area was nice, and the grocery store was nice and close as well. Besides the wifi, hot tub issues, and chips in the doors. We also had an issue with the decks and fireplace area since the wood caused 2 of my friends to get some really nasty splinters. It definitely needs to be repainted or touched up.

Close to the beach and great restaurants but with a secluded and peaceful feel. Great view of the canal waters. Would likely stay there again.
