This unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a Master Bedroom featuring a King bed and a private bathroom, a Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed, and a Full pullout sofa in the living room. Relax in the cozy living room equipped with an Amazon Fire TV and Spectrum cable. Both bedrooms are also equipped with Amazon Fire TVs.

Prepare meals with ease using the Frigidaire refrigerator, stove, and oven, Whirlpool dishwasher, and Toshiba tabletop microwave. The kitchen is stocked with over 10 pots and 8 pans, large plates, bowls, flatware, wine and coffee glasses, and various kitchen tools including a baking dish, cookie sheet, and mixing bowls.

Enjoy ample pillows, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, towels, soap, and toilet paper. The condo also includes clothing storage, room-darkening shades, and books for comfort.

Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and heating. The condo includes a Roper washer and a Whirlpool dryer. Relax outside with a private entrance, patio, or balcony with outdoor furniture, and free parking on the premises. Access to a pool is also included.

Access to a private extra large storage unit on the first floor is also available to store all of your beach equipment. A separate key will be provided.

Prime Location:
Situated just 300 feet from the beach, the condo offers easy access to sun and sand while being close to local attractions, dining, and shopping. Enjoy the best of both worlds in a tranquil yet convenient location.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the unit. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues that arise during the stay. We try to communicate well with all of our guests.

No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.

Parking is located in the front of the unit, uncovered parking area.

A code will be provided at the time of check-in.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

There are 2 parking passes left for guests. Please return it at the end of your stay, as there is a $100 replacement fee for each pass.
