The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, making meal prep a breeze. The dining area comfortably seats four guests, perfect for shared meals, while the breakfast bar provides casual dining space.​

Bedroom 1: This spacious bedroom offers a queen-size bed, cozy linens, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.​

Bedroom 2: Features a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and easy access to the second full bathroom.​

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a modern, clean design.​

This condo is on the third floor; there is no elevator.

No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day, around 4 pm.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

We do not provide a daily linen service.
