Parking is located in a well-lit parking garage.

A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the smart lock.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site.

**WE DO NOT PROVIDE A DAILY LINEN SERVICE. We provide one sheet set per bed as well as two bath towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person, per stay. Additional linens/towels package available at an additional fee**

If a mandatory evacuation order for Horry County is given during the dates of your stay, the owner/host or the property management company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. The owner/host or property management company shall have no further liability with respect to the reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states prohibiting the traveler (or guests in the traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and the owner/host or property management company shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is a no-pet, no-smoking property!

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to the local police without notice to guests.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. If violated, the city will issue a $1,047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach’s Ordinance rules.

If you plan on using tape to decorate for an event, USE PAINTER’S TAPE ONLY! If the walls are damaged due to tape removal or decorations, your credit card will be charged $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!
