Just a short walk from the beach, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area for gatherings, and a fenced backyard for kids to play safely. Whether lounging on the beach or exploring local attractions, Seawalk Villa has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Whether you're relaxing on the beach, or exploring local attractions, our property offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
Guests will have access to the entirety of the unit. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues that arise during the stay. We try to communicate well with all of our guests.
No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.
Parking is located in the front of the unit, uncovered parking area.
A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the door code.
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!
A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 25 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

by Irene M.Declan was an excellent host, responded in a timely manner. We arrived hours before our check-in time and were looking for parking. I texted Declan to ask if we could park our vehicle at the property. He responded right away and was kind enough to allow us to park; otherwise, we would’ve had to pay for parking for more than 6 hours. This is probably a no-brainer, but we appreciated it so much. Any concerns we had after checking in were addressed right away! The house was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It’s a short walk to the beach, and our children enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend Declan as a host!

by Lindsey N.Overall, the house was very quiet and convenient. Upstairs needs its own air conditioner or a mini split to keep up. The house did have some water damage in the ceiling that looked old and needed to be addressed. Also, the return vent was very dusty, and the filter was filthy. The vent over the stove did not filter out of the kitchen. It just went straight into the cabinet, so that was a bit of an inconvenience while cooking. The maintenance issues and cleanliness, I feel issues that can be easily addressed.

by Lori H.This house was the perfect size for my family. Everything was clean and nice. The pool was within walking distance. The walk to the ocean is also convenient. Extremely enjoyed the easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We loved it and hated to go home.
