Golf carts, commercial vehicles, and trailers are not allowed in the Coastal Dunes parking area.

October - March - $1600 per month
Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.

**The parking area is difficult to access with small cars due to the steepness of the sloped entrance**

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
