Living Room

The living room features a smart TV w/ Cable, arcade games, and a game console, making it perfect for entertainment and relaxation. The couch also doubles as a queen-size sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. A Mueller coffee pot is available to give you that early-morning boost to start your vacation right.

2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a private bathroom, while the guest room offers two twin beds. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with essentials for your convenience.

- The property includes parking for up to two vehicles.
Access to the property will be via a lockbox code, which will be provided on check-in day at approximately 4 pm.

Motorcycles, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed

A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. You'll be within walking distance of the beach and have easy access to it.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

We will have 2 parking passes for our guests upon arrival.
