You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person that books the Stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Bag drop provided through a third party for an additional fee.
We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Horry County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

by Yoon C.Can’t beat the amazing view of the ocean from the 16th floor! Clean condo. Beds were super comfortable (which can always ruin a trip if they’re not)
Declan was a great host. He was very responsive to arrange for a plumber our first day to fix a slow draining tub and very accommodating to drop off an extra cooking pot for us. We would definitely come back here again. It was wonderful to be right on the beach.

by Sameh I.The place was for the most part clean , we had tough time with the curtain on the main window keep falling down , the rod holding the curtain needs to be firmly installed correctly . Some failing paint on walls and ceiling . The unit is on level 16 the view was amazing but there is no parking place close to the room you have to park your car between level 3-6 and take the elevator to level 16 . Beds were clean have some stain on them . But very comfy mattress. In general we were pleased with the stay and we will be back if the price is reasonable to our budget .

by Catherine R.Great view from top floor balcony. Beach and pool access easily available, and clean beds and bathroom. Full kitchen, easy to cook own meals if desired. Responsive host, kind staff at hotel. Parking is tough, tight corners and sharp turns required throughout parking garage. Best to take a compact car for maneuverability.

by Saul E.the perfect location,the place is tidy and easy to access the accommodation the owner responds quickly to any questions and in general I found it excellent. I recommend ocean view from the highest,pool and jacuzy in two different areas and mountain areas of all restaurants,attractions, the beach, etc.

by Lisa H.We loved our stay! The ocean view from the balcony was amazing! Loved being close to the Boardwalk, Broadway, places to eat, etc.. The property is not new and you could see the wear and age, but it was clean was still the perfect place for our family! Declan was always responsive with any questions and we would absolutely stay again should we come back to Myrtle Beach in the future!
