Ready to golf, relax, and explore? We have the perfect 4-bedroom Townhome in the well-renowned Barefoot Golf Community. Take in the Driving Range view or start up the Golf Cart for a trip to the Beach.
Inside you'll find four bedrooms with a total of six comfortable beds and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Downstairs a fully-stocked kitchen and living room, filled with plenty of natural light, awaits with a large Smart TV. The Resort-style pool is also available for our Guests.

The Golf Cart is available at an additional charge. The Golf Cart is $75 per day of your Stay or $65 per day if rented for 5 or more days. You will have access to the Beach Supplies and Garage, ONLY if the Golf Cart is rented.

Additionally, there is a seasonal (May - September) Shuttle to take Guests to the Beach and the popular Barefoot Landing, which has some of the best shops and restaurants around.

Amenities
A Resort-style Pool is available near the Barefoot Towers. It is a little less than a mile away or about a 10 min walk. (insert months available). Just in the backyard, you'll find a lovely Driving Range open to our Guests. Putters Pub is next to the Driving Range and has a wonderful selection of food and drinks. Additionally, there is a seasonal (May - September) Shuttle to take Guests to the Beach and the popular Barefoot Landing, which has some of the best shops and restaurants around.

Living Room
The spacious Living Room seats plenty on the large, sectional couch. There is no shortage of modern furnishings and touches in our Townhome. The Smart TV is set up with Cable and Streaming Services aplenty. Natural light fills the room from the back and leaves a warm, homey feeling.
The dining table seats six to seven, with more seating available at the Kitchen Island Bar.

Kitchen
A fully-stocked kitchen is ready for your morning meals or afternoon delights. A Keurig Coffee maker is available and we'll include some Coffee, creamer, and sugar to start. Also included are a cocktail kit, toaster, and Chef knives. The Kitchen Island seats three.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
After taking the first flight of stairs you'll immediately find the Primary Bedroom. The relaxing layout will leave you speechless with the walk-in closet and modern bathroom. You'll find great detail in the furnishings such as makeup mirrors in each bathroom, Smart TVs in every room, and USB plug ins around each nightstand. Bedroom two and three mirror each other on the second floor with a full bed in each. A shared Bathroom can be found next to the Washer and Dryer room. Up the next flight of stairs you'll find the final bedroom with two full beds and one sofa bed. A retro-game machine completes the space and makes this the ultimate hang out spot! A bathroom sits on the top floor and the half-bathroom is on the first floor near the garage/front door.

Back Patio
The stay includes access to a private, gas grill which sits next to a table for outdoor dining. Overlooking the driving range, you won't have any shortage of golf views out back. Find a comfortable spot on the patio couch to enjoy the North Myrtle Beach sun or the ocean breeze.

Area
One of the most popular attractions at The Beach is Barefoot Landing with its endless selection of restaurants, shops, and activities. You'll be as close as you can get to our Townhome and the Barefoot Shuttle (seasonal) can take you right over. A driving range awaits steps from your back door, as does the delicious Putter's Pub. The Barefoot Community is also host to four of the best-playing Golf Courses in the Grand Strand area. Our favorite part: the beach is only about a 3-minute drive!

Motorcycles are not allowed at this Property.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the Stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.

We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**WE DO NOT PROVIDE A DAILY LINEN SERVICE**

A Pool Card will be provided in the Home. Please do not lose this card, as there is a fee of $200 to replace the Card.

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages.

No pets allowed.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

Trash pickup is on Thursday morning. Trash can be put outside Wednesday afternoon and needs to be brought inside Thursday before the afternoon. If it is left out at any other time, the community will find us up to $250 per infraction. It is the responsibility of the guest to follow these rules or they will incur this fine.
