* Spacious Layout: 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms
* Primary Bedroom Suite: Includes ceiling fans, separate shower, and vanity in the en-suite bathroom.
* Modern Kitchen: Equipped with stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters, dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator.
* Ample Parking: Driveway with 4 parking spaces.
* Outdoor Amenities: Patio space for relaxation and outdoor entertaining, with sprinkler/irrigation system for landscaping.

A code will be provided at the time of Check-in for the smart lock.

Winter rentals are available from November to March - please message us for special rates below.
November - March - $1700 per month
Also required, is a $1000 deposit. A background check will be completed as well.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

No golf carts, motorcycles, or commercial vehicles allowed.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
