Guest Access:
The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day around 4 pm.

Winter rentals are available from November to March - please message us for special rates below

October - March - $1200 per month
Also required, a $1000 deposit. A background check will be completed as well.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

Upon arrival, guests will have parking passes and pool bands that need to be returned at the end of their stay.

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
