Overlooking lush fairways, this peaceful retreat is just minutes from the beach, top golf courses, and world-class entertainment. Whether you're here for a golf getaway, family vacation, or a relaxing escape, this is the perfect place to unwind!

Additionally, there is a seasonal (May - September) Shuttle to take Guests to the Beach and the popular Barefoot Landing, which has some of the best shops and restaurants around.

LIVING SPACE

Step into a bright and airy living area designed for comfort. With plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony, this space is ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Enjoy breathtaking golf course views right from your living room!

KITCHEN and DINING
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, with spacious countertops that make meal prep a breeze. The dining area comfortably seats four or more guests, perfect for shared meals, while the additional breakfast bar provides casual dining space.

BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, ample storage, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with cozy bedding and easy access to the second bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a clean, modern design.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Step onto your private balcony to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine while taking in the peaceful ocean views. Enjoy the calming atmosphere while soaking in the fresh air.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Resort-style amenities include multiple pools, walking trails, and nearby golf courses. The in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience for longer stays. The condo is in a prime location, just minutes from popular attractions, dining, shopping, and the beach. Please note that access to the condo requires taking two flights of stairs.

The non-refundable Pet Fee is $150 per pet. Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed.
Please keep in mind that these homes are pet-friendly, and while we make every effort to keep them spotless and minimize pet hair for your comfort, we may occasionally miss it at times. We appreciate your understanding.

Parking is located in front of the Condo.

A code will be provided at the time of Check-in for the smart lock.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.


You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
