This newly designed condo in the Myrtlewood Golf Community features stunning water views and luxurious interiors. Enjoy the private corner balcony on a sunny afternoon or unwind with a freshly brewed coffee before hitting the golf course. Inside, you'll find ample sleeping space for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary skills.

Multiple pools are available around the community and you're only a short drive to the beaches.

No motorcycles, trailers, commercial vehicles, or golf carts are allowed at this Property.

Parking is available on the premises.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day around 4 pm.

Winter rentals are available from October to March - please message us for special rates below
October - March - $1600 per month
Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

8 Pool Bands will be provided for Guests upon arrival.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
