IMPORTANT: There is a pool that is being constructed next to the home. This causes some noisy days and their work schedule is hard to predict. It will be completed by the end of January.

This home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and private bath. Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed, Bedroom 3 offers a cozy queen-size bed, and Bedroom 4 features a comfortable queen bed—perfect for families or groups.

Bathrooms – All three bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a modern, clean design.​

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Free Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, central AC, and plenty of parking. Walkable to the beach, Main Street, and local attractions.

Parking: parking spaces for 4 vehicles.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day, around 4 pm.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 25 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

We do not provide a daily linen service.

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows: you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay.
