Bedroom 1 (Master Suite):

Bedroom 2:
This inviting bedroom features a queen-size bed, its own TV, and a full bathroom. The design carries a calming, ocean-inspired theme that enhances the overall beachside experience.
Bedroom 3:
Perfect for additional guests or kids, this room offers two twin beds, its own TV, and a private full bathroom for added comfort and convenience.
Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are full bathrooms, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy for every guest.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $44. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
