Inside, the bright living space features comfortable seating and an open layout connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Sliding doors lead to your private balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee while looking out toward the Atlantic and the resort pool.
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining table offers a comfortable place to gather. The bedroom provides a cozy retreat for restful nights after beach days, and additional sleeping space in the living area allows the condo to accommodate small groups or families.
Guests can also enjoy the oceanfront pool and easy beach access just outside the building. Whether you’re planning beach days, exploring Myrtle Beach attractions, or simply relaxing by the water, this Golden Mile condo is a welcoming home base for making lasting vacation memories.
No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.
Parking is available in front of the Condo for 2 vehicles.
A code will be provided at the time of Check-in for the smart lock.

A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. You’ll be walking distance with easy access to the Beach.
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Horry County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach’s Ordinance rules.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
