GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED
The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory $35 non-refundable damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit.
Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation.
LINENS & TOWELS
Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. Unlike hotels, we do not offer daily maid service. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.
Please note: Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own for seaside comfort.
